Grand Prix IMT

L’Académie des sciences décernera en 2025 le Grand Prix IMT – Académie des sciences d’un montant de 20.000 euros.

Ce Prix annuel fondé par l’IMT (Institut Mines-Télécom), en partenariat avec la Fondation Mines-Télécom, est destiné à récompenser un ou une scientifique ayant contribué de manière exceptionnelle par un ensemble d’avancées scientifiques reconnues ayant permis de faire progresser des problématiques issues du monde industriel ou de l’entreprise, au service d’une économie durable, dans l’un des domaines scientifiques et technologiques figurant ci-dessous :
•    industrie du futur responsable ;
•    souveraineté numérique et sobriété ;
•    énergie, économie circulaire et société ;
•    ingénierie pour la santé et le bien-être.

Le Grand Prix IMT – Académie des sciences est décerné sans condition de nationalité à un ou une scientifique travaillant en France, ou en Europe en liaison étroite avec des équipes françaises.

In 2025, the French Académie des sciences will award the IMT – Académie des sciences Grand Prix, presented with a €20,000 cash award.

This annual prize, established by IMT (Institut Mines-Télécom) in partnership with Fondation Mines-Télécom, is intended to reward a scientist who has contributed an outstanding body of work, recognized as scientific breakthroughs which have enabled the advancement of problematics stemming from industry or the private sector, serving sustainable economy, in scientific and technological fields that contribute to:
•    Advanced and responsible technologies for industry;
•    Digital sovereignty and sobriety;
•    Energy, circular economy and society; 
•    Engineering for health and well-being.
The IMT – Académie des Sciences Grand Prix is awarded to a scientist working in France, or elsewhere in Europe but in close collaboration with a French team. There is however no citizenship requirement.
